These Terms govern your use of NeutraPoll. By creating an account, you agree to them. They're written to be clear — read them.
You may use NeutraPoll only if:
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Don't share your account or sign in as someone else. NeutraPoll enforces a strict one-person-one-account rule — duplicate accounts will be removed.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us immediately at support@neutrapoll.com.
You agree not to:
You own what you post. By posting a comment on NeutraPoll you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display that comment within the app and on related surfaces, for as long as the comment is published. When you delete the comment or your account, that license ends.
Your votes are anonymous in user-facing surfaces. They are not attributed to your display name or email anywhere other users can see.
We may remove any content, suspend any account, or refuse service for any reason — including, at minimum, violations of these Terms or the Community Guidelines. Where possible, we'll let you know why.
You can report content through the in-app flag on every comment. Every report is reviewed.
You can delete your account at any time from Menu → Privacy & Security → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, votes, comments, likes, and identity verification documents. See our Privacy Policy for the full data list.
NeutraPoll is provided "as is" and "as available." We do our best to keep the service reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific results from any poll or discussion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeutraPoll and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past twelve months (which, for a free service, is zero).
If we update these Terms materially, we'll post the new version here and notify you in-app. If you continue using NeutraPoll after the change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
